For those of you who are still there, here’s a list of instructions on how to get abs fast, the right way.
First, as I said in my intro you’re going to have to change your eating habits. When you want any part of your body to look defined you need to lower your body fat ratio. No more processed foods, saturated fats and sugars please. Instead, go for fresh fruits and vegetables, proteins, green products and vitamins.
Second, go work out both cardio training and strength training. Now, before you start yelling at me and calling me names, know that studies have shown that mixing cardiovascular exercises with resistance training increases the amount of fat your body will burn. It’s also likely to increase your metabolic rate, which in turn is going to help you lose more fat even when you’re not exercising.
Third, when you’re working out prioritize your weak area, because the secret to flat abs is a well balanced body. I know that some of you might not agree with this, and although it is true that you could get ripped abs by only exercising that part of your body, I would not recommend it. The reason is simple; we’re thinking long term, not just instant gratification immediate flat abs short term mentality. Trust me; the wise thing to do is to exercise each part of your body so you can reach your goal while being completely balanced and healthy. This is part of the secret on how to get abs fast.
Fourth, don’t sweat it too much. As I mention countless time in my articles, one of the biggest mistake people tend to do when they’re working out is trying to overdo themselves. The results are all too often painful to see, exhaustion, injuries, extreme fatigue and so on. My best advice would be to create a plan for you, commit to it and follow it to the letter. If you’re not seeing the results right away, then be patient. If you cannot be patient then go see a professional fitness expert for advices on what you should do, but please don’t exercise yourself to a near imminent death state. This is just not the way to go, and you won’t get the results you want by doing it.
